Here some answers to usual questions:

• all our old coaches are regularly changed and replaced, therefore we can offer you a modern car pool always abreast of the most up-to-date technology. For long distance journeys we use only new coaches from Mercedes-Benz, Setra, Neoplan.
  
• In the machine shop close to our head office all our coaches are steadily overhauled and tested by two Silbernagl expert mechanics. In case something serious may occur to one of our coaches, an efficient and exclusive Car Service will help us and quickly solve the problem.
• Silbernagl coaches are always in perfect order: cleanness and tidiness works are made by the car wash plant close to our head office.
