Silbernagl is a second-generation medium-sized South Tyrol company. Since its establishment in 1978, the company has constantly grown and is clearly oriented towards progress and new technologies. Our tradition is a commitment and an encouragement for the future for us.

The implementation of measures leading to the prevention of errors and risk situations is more important to us than subsequent damage control. Our aim is to prevent hazardous situations and replace potentially dangerous situations with less dangerous ones. Within our company, measures for collective security take priority over those of individual security. Every employee has a duty to promptly report any infringements or critical behaviour according to the legislative decree 231/2001 to their supervisor or the responsible person.

The company and every employee must respect given laws at home and abroad, as well as all pertinent standards and requirements. This applies similarly to our suppliers, consultants, customers and any other party who stands in relationship with the company.

To ensure our company goals, a management system for the continuous development of quality in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and occupational health and safety in accordance with BS OHSAS 18001:2007 has been established and maintained. This should have a positive impact on all of our partners.
 
 
Social Environment
 
For the sake of the environment we place particular importance on the disposal of waste according to the applicable regulations, retrofitting older buses with particle filters and the regular maintenance of oil separators.
 
The goal of our integrated management system is to exceed the legal requirements in areas which provide the possibility of an additional improvement to environmental protection, occupational health and safety and quality.
